How This Website Uses Information
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general website activity, such as page views and whether a visitor clicked to call, text, email, or share a location through the site. What We Do Not Send to Analytics
We do not send names, phone numbers, email content, repair symptoms, vehicle details, SMS message content, GPS coordinates, Google Maps links, or URL query-string values through the website’s custom analytics events. We also do not use Google signals or advertising-personalization settings on this site.
Optional GPS-to-Text Feature
If you tap “Send GPS + Details,” your browser asks for location permission. If you allow it, the browser creates a Google Maps link inside a text message addressed to Hansen’s. That location is used only for the text message you choose to send; the website does not transmit the coordinates or the text content to Google Analytics. If location permission is unavailable, the feature opens a text template for a milepost, exit, cross street, or address instead.
AI Referral Reporting
When a visitor arrives from a recognized AI service such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Poe, You.com, or Phind, the website may record only a short source label (for example, “chatgpt”) once during that browser session. It does not send the referring page URL, prompt, or conversation content.
Your Choices & Contact
